Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Gourmet Farms, Inc. in Manila. The Production Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of coffee roasting, processing of herbal teas and food products, and production of organic greens, herbs, and other produce. They will ensure quality control, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee roasting, food processing, and production management

• Knowledge of quality control measures and food safety standards

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in agricultural or food manufacturing industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Business, or related field .
