Starting from organic cashew farming as a small farmers group, BioValley Vietnam proudly becomes a reputable supplier of organic cashew with 5,400ha in Vietnam from our ecosystem named Truecoop Cooperative of Organic Cashews, fine organic coffee of 150ha in Vietnam and further organic products, biodiversity projects. Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our Honey in the Forest project and other related organic agricultural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from initiation to completion of sales, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive agricultural project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Plan and develop the distribution channels, sales & marketing activities to promote the project and its products.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including beekeepers, technicians, and administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency.
Financial Management:
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
Innovation and Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement, technological advancements.
Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.

Requirements
Graduated College or University degree in business administration/ import-export/ agriculture/ food or other related industries.
Over 2 years of experience in project management of agricultural product exports, or in the agricultural sector.
Reading and communicating in English. Proficient in computer use.
Work in HCMC, Ninh Thuan province and frequently go on business trip.
